At Online Crafters Market, we partner with Printify to create and ship your custom products on-demand. This ensures quality and sustainability while delivering unique merchandise to your door.

Processing Time

All products are made-to-order. Production typically takes 2-5 business days depending on the product type and complexity. Once your order is produced, it will be shipped to you.

Shipping Times

Domestic United States Orders:

Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days after production
Total delivery time (production + shipping): 3-6 business days

International Orders (including EU):

Standard Shipping: 7-20 business days after production
Total delivery time (production + shipping): 9-27 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination, customs processing, and carrier delays. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. We strive to offer competitive shipping rates for all destinations.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package's journey to your door.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us:

Domestic US orders: Report within 30 calendar days of order placement
International orders: Report within 45 calendar days of order placement

We'll work with our fulfillment partners to investigate and resolve the issue.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may offer a partial refund or free reprint on a case-by-case basis.
