At Online Crafters Market, we want you to love your purchase. Because all our products are custom-made on-demand specifically for you, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds.

Our Return Policy

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size or color selected by customer
  • Products that don't match customer expectations (when the product matches our description)

Please review product descriptions, size charts, and color options carefully before placing your order.

Eligible Returns & Refunds

We will provide a free reprint or full refund if your product has:

  • Manufacturing defects or errors
  • Incorrect product (wrong item shipped)
  • Damaged or faulty product
  • Printing errors or quality issues

Reporting Issues

To be eligible for a reprint or refund, you must report the issue within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos showing the issue
  • Description of the problem

Our team will review your claim and respond within 2-3 business days.

Lost Packages

If your order hasn't been delivered, please report it within the following timeframes:

  • Domestic US orders: Within 1 week after 30 calendar days from order date
  • International orders: Within 1 week after 45 calendar days from order date

We'll investigate with our shipping partners and provide a resolution.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

Return Shipping

For approved returns due to product defects or errors, we will provide a prepaid return label or arrange for product disposal, depending on the situation. You will not be charged for return shipping on eligible claims.
